Most 3rd party firewalls (ex. ZoneLabs's ZoneAlarm) will disable the
Windows firewall when you run them. Windows firewall provides NO
outbound protection (program access control) while most 3rd party
firewalls will, so you are better off with a firewall other than Windows
built in firewall.
