Windows File Protection prompt

I'm getting a Windows File Protection card popping up. I'm ask to replace
unrecognized files by reinstallling sp1. My Product Key is no recognized.
 
Windows file protection can run by,installing xp cd,exit the info page,go to
run,type:cmd In cmd type:Sfc /Scannow When its thru type:CHKDSK C: /F
Agree to restart,then type:EXIT Restart computer,remove xp cd.
