I have user that when she uses Windows Explorer, clicks on
the left hand side and it shows nothing. Does not show the
C drive, A drive, etc. I compared her settings to another
PC and they are correct. Rebooting did not work. Any
ideas on how to fix this issue for her?

Thanks

I saw this behaviour about 2 years ago on 2 W2K machines,
after upgrading them to Internet Explorer 6.0.
Unfortunately, I can't locate the KB article I found then,
and can't remember the (fairly simple) solution. Can
anybody point Shak to the proper article? Thanks!
