Windows Explorer

I have a client running XP Pro sp2 on a AMD 2600+ based machine, Anytime they
try to open a desk top item ie: My Doc's Windows Explorer quits and restarts
itself.
Anyone seen this before?

Right-click is slow or weird behavior caused by context menu handlers:

Other problem is with DivX installed.
