I have a Windows 2000 (with SP2 installed on it) that I
can't use Windows Explorer on. Everytime I launch Windows
Explorer, Windows Explorer shuts down immediately and
bring me back to my desktop. However, I can double-click
on 'My Computer' icon and can get to my folders and files
that way. I'm currently downloading SP4 at the momment.
Meanwhile, I'm hoping one of you can offer any insite on
what could be the problem(s). Thank you for your response
in advance.

Have you tried reinstalling Internet Explorer. Some of the IE files are
linked to the OS. If it's a corrupted file you might get lucky here.

Best of luck,
