Windows Explorer Settings

[Trying Hard]

In windows explorer the default when you double click (or right click) on a
folder is OPEN. Somehow, my default got changed to SEARCH. So whenever I
double click on a folder, it brings up a search window. I want to change it
back to OPEN as the default. I am using WIN XP PROFESSIONAL.

I have gone into Tools, Folder Options, File Types, Folder, Advanced and set
OPEN as the default, but it did not help.


Any suggestions?
