How do I turn on the (right Click) properties dialog box in Windows Explorer

This was working fine 2 days ago, but suddenly I cannot view a Proprerties dialog in Windos (XP) Explorer

When I right click on a directory or a group of directories and select "Properties" - The dialog box does NOT appear
