Windows Explorer opening default folder

When I open explorer, it defaults to "my documents". I
prefer to open on Drive C or someother folder. How do I
change this?

To open Windows Explorer with the C drive expanded, type the following into the 'Target: pane' in the shortcut for WE:

%systemroot%\EXPLORER.EXE /e,c:
