Wiindows explorer always opens in 'My Documents'. I want it to open in
'My Computer'.

How do I change the default opening folder?

Create a shortcut with the target
c:\windows\explorer.exe /n,/e, c:\folder-of-your-choice\
and open explorer from that.

Right click the on the shortcut you're using to launch Windows Explorer.
Select Properties from the menu.
On the Shortcut page, enter the following command in the Target box.

%SystemRoot%\explorer.exe /e,

Note: Make sure you include the comma at the end.

Click OK.
Double click on the shortcut to check that it opens Windows Explorer to My
Computer.
