Windows explorer open folder wish

Hi...

Can't find a NG committed to Windows Explorer i particular, so if this is
the wrong MG, please redirect me....

I want Windows Explorer to open up in the last used folder.

How do I go about make that happen?

Don't know of any Explorer switches that will force that to happen. Any
explorer command will always open to its default destination.

I know that in the days way back, the browser and/or the save dialog box
opened in the last used folder.

If I download a picture form the web, I have to click and click and click
and click and..... to get to the destination folder.
And when I download another picture I still have to click and click and
click and click and..... to get to the destination folder.
Very annoying!
It wasn't like this before!
