Windows Explorer . NEED HELP!

I am have a hard time fixing my problem .I am confused on how you are
supposed to fix it .The event viewer shows me this :

May someone help with sensible instructions and the answer to my problem
..This problem has occurred before ,but I solved it by re-installing Home ed.
XP . Then the window explorer error stilled popped up after 2 weeks.Any
suggestions to preventing such errors would be helpful .

Try uninstalling the Media Player 10 update, then reinstall it.

Show updates in Add/Remove - If you are running Windows XP Service Pack 2, select the Show updates check box (at the top of the
list),
