I have searched everywhere and cannot find a solution to this problem. The
log details are as follows:

This usually occurs when opening a media file, and is forced to shutdown.

Thanks Andrew for the quick reply. I am still however at a loss having
looked at your suggestion with it not solving my problem.

Ignore Andrew E. He is a blathering nincompoop who persists in
posting incorrect or irrelevant responses to these newsgroups.

The problem file - wmv8dmod.dll - is part of Windows Media Player
version 8. Version 11 has already been released. Have you updated
your Windows XP recently?
