What were you doing when this error occured? What application or
Windows component utility were you working with?

MMC.EXE is the Microsoft Management Console (right-click on My
Computer and select Manage)

NTDLL.DLL is a Windows component file that is used by many components
and functions.

I can't find any specific references to a known cause of your error.
