Windows Explorer - My Documents

When I open Windows Explorer, I don't want it to
start in My Documents. I just want it to open
in Drive C:.

Is there a way I can configure it so that
this happens ?

Thanks for your anticipated help. Worked it out.
Opened Windows Explorer. Went into Drive C:
Clicked on "File" ----> Local Disk C----> Created
shortcut onto Desktop. Voila!
