Windows Explorer/My Documents crash

I run XP Pro and when I right click on start and go to Windows Explorer then
click on My Documents Explorer crashes. It seems to be getting worse.
Originally I could click on Explore All Users or Open All Users and get to My
Documents that way. Now it crashes that way also.
Help???

What filetypes are present in the My Documents folder?
Have you checked the Event Log for any clue?

mpeg2parser.ax (looks like multimedia codec) is causing this. Uninstall the
related application, or download MMCompView (
http://www.nirsoft.net/utils/mmview.html ) and disable the Codec.

I have the same problem,..explorer crash when I open my document, but I don't know what program/application that causes it. my document consist of music, video, ms.word document, pdf file, winrar archieve, and corel draw document.
