This all started with one account. Every time you try to right click
something (a document, a program, etc) it pops up that windows explorer
encountered an error and needs to close. Every single time. It is impossible
to right click anything. Now, it has moved to two other accounts. Also, I
tried to make a brand new account to see if that affected it too. It does. So
it seems to be spreading. Only one user is working correctly. I have no idea
what to do to fix this and it is EXTREMELY frustrating.
