Windows Explorer Crashes

Dear PPL

I'm running WindowsXPHome edition V2002 with Service Pack2 included. My comp
is Intel 2.66GHz 512Ram. I have had this problem ever since I bought it new,
it is just over 2 years old now. I have taken it back to get it fixed and
they said they fixed the problem but they didn't now they have closed down.
So my last hope is you. Now the problem is: When I am in Windows Explorer
and I want to shift a multiple of files all at once the system crashes and
goes straight back to the start desktop. But if I move one file at a time
this dose work properly. I hope you can help me out. Thank you for your
time.

Cheers
