Windows Explorer crashes

Our computer crashes whenever we are in Windows Explorer
and right-mouse-click on a file. However, we don't
encounter any problem with if we right-mouse-click while
using application software.

(We have installed all available XP updates and are
running Norton AntiVirus)

I have the same problem, particularly when I view or open
picture files. Haven't seen any fix.
