I have been getting the following Application Error

Faulting application explorer.exe,version 6.0.2800.1106 faulting module mcmpgdec.dll,version 1.1.1.23,fault address 0x0000ebb3

I am having the same problem and I at a loss as to how to get some help. let me know if you find a solution.
