windows error

I have been receiving the following message:
C:\WINDOWS\ServicePackFiles\i386/controls.man, and that I need to insert the KB839645 Source Files.
How do I coorect this problem? Is this a CD that came with my Dell?

Try inserting xp cd,exit the info page,go to run,type:cmd
In cmd type:Sfc /Scannow Run the DOS window in Min.,sometimes
the graph runs behind it.

Remove Windows XP Hotfix - KB839645 and reinstall.

Open Add or Remove Programs, click Start, point to Settings, click
Control Panel, and then double-click Add or Remove Programs.

Scroll clear down to:
Windows XP Hotfix - KB839645
Highlight it
Click on the Remove button
Follow the prompts
Reboot

Either go to Windows update and see if KB839645 is offered again
If it is Download and install it
