Lost an important windows file and need to get it back. Help!

steve

Upon downloading an update I received this message:

Files that are required fo windows to run properly have
been replaced by unrecognized versions. To maintain
stability, windows must restore the original versions of
these files.

The network location from which the files should be
copied, C\WINDOWS\ServicePackFiles\i386/controls.man, is
not available.

Contact your system administrator or insert Windows XP
KB839645 source files now.

The message also has a More Info button that suggests the
problem may be a blocked or renamed path. I have also
been battling the Netsky.Q worm and a Trojan Horse
downloader. I suspect they may have something to do with
it.
