Windows email problem

I'm not able to send or receive mail in my windows email account. I've tried
everything. Can someone help? Thanks
 
Please post the entire error message.
Right-click on it, select Copy, then Paste it into a reply.
 
I have the same problem starting this morning...the error message is below:

Account: 'mail.comcast.net', Server: 'mail.comcast.net', Protocol: POP3,
Server Response: '-ERR login failed', Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No, Server
Error: 0x800CCC90, Error Number: 0x800CCC92
 
I have had similiar problems. Do you think this is a software issue with
Microsoft Vista?

Thank you Gary. I have followed the instructions.
Question . My incoming port is 143. Should I change it?
There were no instructions on AOL to do so.

Tools | Accounts
Select the account.
Re-enter the correct username and password as agreed on with your server?
