My laptop now does not read or recognise CDs/DVDs. In the Device Manager the
following device has a question mark: TSST corp CD/DVDW TSL532U. This error
message is shown: "Windows cannot load the device driver for this hardware.
The driver may be corrupted or missing. (Code 39)" If I uninstall and
reinstall it, I get a message saying it has not installed properly. I have
googled this and it seems it is an error others have had, but I can find no
proper solution. One site tells me to delete two registry values, which I
tried, but then iTunes didn't work! So I did a system restore and am back to
square one. Can anybody help please?
