windows does not boot up

Hello
I am facing this problem. every time I start my PC the
computer restarts automatically giving the exception
Error Message: STOP 0x0000007e (0xc0000005, 0xf9ADBFBD,
0xfA2FF098, 0xfA2FED98). I did not find such an entry in
the trouble shooting guide also. Pls tell me what is to be
done for this.

Can you get into Safe Mode and do a System Restore to when the computer
worked?
