Stop 0x0000007E error and restart when Windows XP is booting up

When I try to start my computer, when the black XP sceen comes up while
booting up, the computer flashes the blue error screen and then restarts. I
am unable to get the computer to boot up. It just keeps restarting.
Originally, it stayed on the blue error screen and the error was STOP
0x0000007E (0xC0000005, 0xF9AF2946, 0xF9E84750, 0xF9E84450). I am unable to
start in Safe mode. Everything I try just ends up the same, with the
computer continually restarting. Please help!
