Windows - Delayed Write Failed

We have a user who gets this message only on one excel spreadsheet.. No
other files cause problems. Anyone else who accesses the file doesn't have
any problems.

\solo\GROUPS\PTFORM\53FCB000. The data has been lost. This error may be
caused by a failure of your computer hardware or network connection. Please
try to save this file elsewhere.

Has anyone seen this before? Not sure where to start. Could it be his PC or
the document?
