Windows: Delayed Write Failed

I had a power failure while my Outlook was open to my "E" drive which is my
zip drive. Since then I've not been able to open a .pst file on my "E"
drive. I get this popup message from the task bar.

"Windows: Delay Write Failed.
Windows was unable to save all the data for the file E:\..... The data has
been lost. This error may be caused by a failure of your computer hardware or
network connection. Please try to save this file elsewhere."

Is there some method to recover file? Help!!

Did you manage to fix this? I have the same problem with a new computer - on
my C drive and usually connected to the Outlook .pst file.
