Hello everyone!

My computer's OS is Microsoft Xp sp3.
One day there is always a message that keeps on popping up on my screen it says:

"Windows Delayed Write Failed! blah blah blah! this might be a failure of your computer hardware or network."

Question:
Is this error can be removed by reformatting my computer?

Thank you for your answer(in advance):D

I've tried the "enable write caching on the disk" method, but nothing happens.
That's why I'm asking if it can be removed by reformatting?
what do you think?

Yes it would be removed by reformatting, as you would be installing the OS as if new.

A delayed write failed means that the system has not been able to write cached information to the disk. This occurs most frequently with USB sticks that are removed before all data has been written to the device. If a USB device is involved, wait for the flashing to stop before removing, or use the safely remove device.

If you are having this issue with a hard drive, installed in your machine, then you may want to run the diagnostic tools for that particular drive. Western Digital, for example, has a diagnostic set of software that allows you to test every aspect of the drive. If it is under warranty, you may be able to get a repair or replacement.
