I have a problem on bootup of XP. The message I get is "Application failure
in 0x800106ba. A problem caused Windows Defender server...."

Please post in one of the newsgroups specifically set up for the Windows
Defender program. This is not one of them.

Defender final was released on 23 Oct-06. Support for Defender Beta2 ended
31 Dec-06. Upgrade ASAP:
