Please help!
TWO QUESTIONS:
A/ Every time I turn on my laptop, I get this message: "
Windows Defender failed to intialize. 0x800106ba. A problem caused Windows
Defender to stop."

does this matter?
how do I get this message to disappear?

and
B/ my recyle bin icon has disappeared.
I can't find my recycle bin anywhere?
How do I restore it?

My Windows Defender is not initializing either! For your second issue, try
search on main menu and then send to the desktop. If you have already done
that, try "run" and type in REGEDIT. All of the programs on your machine
will appear. Left click and send to desktop
