Windows Defender

I previously installed in Microsoft Antispyware beta one. I have been trying
to download Windows defender beta-2. The download box only gives me the
option of downloading a MSI file. When I download this MSI file, it asks to
specify what program this file is supposed to be used with. This download
does not seem to be an .exe file. In the download box, I don't seem to get
the option of being able to run this program from the Internet. Can someone
give me the information on how I might be able to download and install this
program. By the way, I have been able to install other programs without a
problem. Thanks for your help.

NOTE
The 64-bit version is for 64-bit OS versions. Is named Windows Defender64.msi
The 32-bit version is for the 99% of the users is named Windows Defender.msi
I'd recommend re-downloading, and saving to a known location--like the
desktop.
After the download is complete, disable real-time protection by your
antivirus for long enough to do the installation.
