Windows Defender & Windows OneCare?

How does Windows Defender relate to Windows Onecare?
OneCare has its own virus/spyware functionality.
Will they clash if I install Defender?
Are they the same thing?

What are recommendations?

One Care has AV in it but no spyware. Word is that eventually this will be
integrated with OCL for those who purchase the software in final/subscription
form.

OneCares AntiSpyware technology will be based on Windows Defender, so the
won't clash, probably OneCare will just disable Windows Defender and use its
own AntiSpyware technology similar to how it disables the Windows Firewall
and uses its own in the Security Center.
