Windows Defender(Q2)

Shown below is my original question It was suggested that I should uninstall
Windows Defender and re-install. Can someone please explain how I do that.

Start - Control Panel - Add or remove programs

Find Windows Defender in the list and remove it.

Go to the following url

http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/...e7-da2b-4a6a-afa4-f7f14e605a0d&displaylang=en

Download Windows Defender then install it.
