Have you added any hardware that would have reassigned drive letters? (Such
as adding a DVD drive or even plugging in an external drive.)

That may "confuse" Windows in locating the source directory.

I have the same issue. Seems a MAJOR BUG in Beta 2. I downloaded the *.msi
file into the same folder as the Beta 1. The install tries to find (the
old?) a *.msi file and reports an error. Stupid programming. I can't
uninstall from the ADD/REMOVE programs either.

BTW - ere's a $1,000,000 ides for Bill Gates.... how about asking ALL s/w
engineers who write error dialog boxes to do so in a format that the user can
"Cust/copy/paste", so we don't have to remember, or scratrch down these long
error mnessages when talking to his tech support folks -- brilliant, huh?

I went to the article and saved it. I have used the cleaner before and it did
not work. You hit it on the head before when you talked about the external
drives. I had an issue with Roxio and Nero and my computer could not find my
drives. I went through a newsgroup and somehow they changed the letters to K
and J for my DVD and Burner. Anyway to chenge them back???

Thanks!
