Windows Defender/Explorer 7

I suddenly started receiving a warning when trying to log onto my adsl/email
provider. Have checked and adress is correct and pages secure. This started
happening without any installments of new programs or any other changes.
Anybody have an idea how to stop this?
I am using XPSP2

What warning?, and did you scanned your computer to be sure none of these
e-mails are infected?.
Let us know the exact warning to be able to help you.
