Windows Defender (Beta 2)

I downloaded Windows Defender and received the following error message:
"Windows Defender encountered an error: 0X8050800f. An unexpected problem
occurred. Install any available updates and then try to start the program
again. (To check for updates, click Start, click All Programs, and then click
Windows Update.).". I have done this several times but still get the above
error message. I tried to uninstall Defender but it gives me another error
message: "Fatal error occurred." I can't uninstall it now. Any suggestions
on how to correct this problem?

Get the Windows Installer cleanup utility here:
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;290301

You can use it to remove the installer bits for the requested software, and
that should resolve the issue.

After deleting from my computer I attempted to download Windows Defender a
second time. Now receiving an "Installation Error---The wizard was
interrupted before Windows Defender could be completely installed." Open for
suggestions on how to install this program.
Any help would be appreciated.

I am also having the same problem. Just want to remove this program from my
computer because it is causing hangups!
