WINDOWS CANNOT OPEN !! HELP

hi,
when i start my computer there are a few things that pop
up on my desktop, these things are as follows:

Windows
Windows cannot open this file:
File TFTP3260
To open this file windows needs to know what program
created it. Windows can go online and look it up
automatically, or you can manually select it froma list
of programs on your computer
what do you want to do?
o use web service to find appropriate program
o select the program from a list

To open this file windows needs to know what program
created it. Windows can go online and look it up

I have repeatedly tried to use the web service to find
the program that has created these files but am not
sucessful at all. My computer has been running A LOT
slower than usual, and if I am not mistaken it is because
of these files that cannot be found. PLEASE HELP!!
