Windows cannot initialize the device

Windows cannot initialize the device driver for this hardware have both a
NECDVD+RWND-3450A and DVDRW18X18X12XUSB Device I tried uninstall and new
hardware wizard for code 37 no luck. tride 100 times still doesn't work any
help please???

I assume both are plugged into a IDE port and the IDE drivers are loaded
from the Mobo CD??

I am experiencing the exact same problem, with code 37. My CD & DVD drives
both worked in the beginning, but now when I want to download some really
cool music, nothing happens.

Any other suggestions?
