windows cannot dislay Fierwall settings

I've been traying ti instal Win XP svcpack 2 en my PC many times and many
ways, using windows update manually and automaticly, i downloaded svcpack
from microsoft's site and install it, but it's always the same messages
when i double-click on Firewall Icon in Contro Panel..

"Due to an unidentified problem, Windows cannot display Windows Firewall
Settings"

can anybody help me..?

Start>Run regsvr32 hnetcfg.dll [enter]

Then you should address the reason you are having difficulties
installing SP2. Do you get any error messages? What are the specs of
your computer? Is the computer 100% virus and malware-free before you
try and install SP2?
