cannot access firewall settings

when i go to the security centre and then firewall settings, it says due to
an unidentified problem, windows cannot display the firewall settings........

im new to computers,, some1 please help

Try logging on as a local administrator then use services.msc in the run box
and make sure that the Windows Firewall service is configured for
"automatic" for startup type and is started. If you are using a cable/DSL
connection I strongly suggest that you also use an internet router to make
sure you always have at least inbound firewall protection. The link below

Hello kiwi12345 !
You obviously are infected with malicious software ,also called malware .
This includes all kind of viruses and spyware.
In order to be well protected you really should clean your computer from
malware !
