Windows Firewall

HELP - I'm trying to take an online test but my firewall keeps closing the
test and giving me a script error. They advised me to adjust the firewall to
let them in but when I go to windows firewall it says "due to an unidentified
problem windows cannot display the firewall settings". Does anyone know how
to fix this problem?

First I'd check in "Add/Remove Programs" to see if a non-MS firewall has been
installed. It might've been bundled with the computer.

The standard windows firewall only blocks incoming connections, and a
website has no business making an inbound connection to your computer.
