Windows Backup utility

Hello,
I have Windows 2000 Server.

I am trying to make a backup from the Windows 2000 Server utility on a DLT
tape using HP DLT VS80 drive.
After I selected the files I want to backup and I assigned a schedule the
moment it reaches the time, the application opens only. In other words when
the time reaches the time of the schedule, the backup utility opens and the
job doesn't start automatically, I have to click on Start Job in order to
start the job.
Can I make it to start automatically and not to click Start Job maually?
any help would be highly appreciated.
