Why is it so hard to backup

I have DLT tape on Win2k server. I want to backup something that is
bigger then one DLT tape. I've created job start backup and first tape
is OK, but after inserting next tape, ntbackup just dont recognize
tape and continue to wait for it. It was so nice on NT 4.0. any ideas?
