windows and game crash every 20 min or less

Hi i have been playing different games and after 20 min or
less the game always crashes or my computer crashes. how
can i fix this pls? i have downloaded and installed the
worm patch but my comp keeps restarting without warning .
i tried reseting my page files to the default but it still
crashes. jelp pls

OK, to determine whether the crashes are software or hardware related,
you need to tell us if you are running a current antivirus program and
scans with updated definitions show that your computer is clean. You
should do the scan in Safe Mode. If your computer is clean, you may be
experiencing an overheating problem, so post back with your system
specs.
