Hello,

There are a number of Microsoft Knowledge Base articles that discuss causes
of this STOP error. I recommend that you go to www.microsoft.com and search
on STOP 0xC000021a and if the stop error references winlogon.exe, search on
STOP 0xC000021a and winlogon.exe. If you are using PCAnywhere, note the
articles that discuss this application and STOP 0xc000021a.
