Windows 2003 Terminal Server on an SBS 4.5 network?

Can an SBS 4.5 Server be a License Server for a Windows 2003 Terminal Server?
 
No, I don't think so. Only a Windows 2003 Licensing Server can handle
2003 TS licenses.
 
Thank you for the information. So this means that I will
need to install the License Server application on the
actual Terminal Server 2003 box... right?
 
If these are standalone computers or computers in a
workgroup, then you can either install the license service
on the terminal server or onto another member Windows 2003
server.
