Windows 2000 sp4 on citrix server

I am trying to find the hotfix for Q824309 as since I have
installed SP4 on my citrix server it is taking a long time
to log in. Does anyone have this fix for me please.

This hotfix is not available for general download. As the KB article
states, just phone Microsoft support. If you ask for the specific
hotfix and don't ask other support questions during the same call,
then you will get a download link and a password without any costs.
