Windows 2000 server resets continuously

I installed an email firewall software on a Windows 2000
server and it was working fine for few days. Now the
server is resetting continuously on its own.
I reinstalled the whole thing on another machine and now
this machine has also started resetting continuously.

Does anyone know what could be causing this?
 
Yes, the machine is connected to the internet. But the
thing here is it resets automatically even when not
connected to the internet.
