Windows 2000 restarts for no reason...

I am not a very technical person. But, Windows 2000 just
restarts on it's own for no reason. Sometimes I am online
and the screen goes black,then the computer reboots. This
happens every day and sometimes more than once, depending
on how long I am online. This scares me because I will be
taking some online classes this summer and this will be a
big issue. Can anyone pleas help? It would be greatly
appreciated.

Do you tried to check the memory of ur computer? most of
the time for restarting without a reason a faulty RAM can
the reason, as I had faced it couple of times.
