windows 2000 pro running terminal services?

Can windows 2000 Professional run terminal services? Is it able to act as a terminal server and issue remote terminal sessions to clients? If so how many?

Windows 2000 pro cannot run/act as a terminal server..
windows 2000/2003 server is required
